Change to downloads :

$ cd Downloads/

Download Opera package, open terminal and use the wget command to download :

$ wget -c https://download3.operacdn.com/ftp/pub/opera/desktop/106.0.4998.16/linux/opera-stable_106.0.4998.16_amd64.deb

Set permission using chmod +x, open terminal and follow this command :

$ sudo chmod +x opera-stable_106.0.4998.16_amd64.deb

Install package :

$ sudo dpkg --install opera-stable_106.0.4998.16_amd64.deb 

Press 'Yes'
