Note for snaps: To use these icons with snaps, the best way is to make a copy of the application's .desktop located in /var/lib/snapd/desktop/applications/name-of-the-snap-application.desktop into $HOME/.local/share/applications/. Then use any text editor and change the "Icon=" to "Icon=name-of-the-icon.svg"

How to Install WhiteSur Icon Theme on Linux Debian, Ubuntu and Linux Mint ?
Change to Download Folder :
Download WhiteSur Icon Theme source, use wget command like this :
After download is completed, give permission to user access (use chmod) :
Extract source, do :
Change directory to source installation :
Finally, install WhiteSur Icon Theme in your Ubuntu system and press Ctrl + Alt + T on keyboard to open terminal, and run command:
Completed, Open gnome tweak to change themes :
